Desirae’s expertise and creativity in the kitchen have led her to specialize in catering weddings, events, and wellness retreats. Her farm to table approach not only ensures that her dishes are fresh and flavorful, but also supports a sustainable and eco-friendly food system. She takes great care in curating menus that cater to all dietary needs and restrictions, making sure that everyone can enjoy her delicious meals. In addition to her work in Colorado, Desirae also spends a significant amount of time in Hawaii, where she has been able to incorporate the vibrant and diverse flavors of the islands into her cooking.
Aside from cooking she enjoys: yoga, hiking with her dog Blaze, stand up paddle, gardening and relaxing with a good book.
